Where can I buy a ticket?

Tickets can be purchased via Ticketek. Browse events and buy tickets here.

How do I access my ticket?

Your ticket will be sent to you via mobile phone or email. Prior to arrival, download your ticket and have it ready on your mobile phone for scanning. Mobile ticket delivery will allow you to have a ticket delivered electronically to your compatible mobile phone and does not require an email ticket to be printed, just open up your ticket and scan it at the event. Where are the shows and events held?

All shows and events are held at Carriageworks. Runway shows are held in Gallery I or Gallery I and talks and conversations are held in The Auditorium inside The Hub. Please check your ticket for details.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open approximately 20 minutes prior to each show. Please check your ticket for details. If you arrive early, you can explore AAFW’s food and beverage offering (see below for more information).

Are there any food and beverages available?

The Hub at Carriageworks is AAFW’s showcase of premier food and dining experiences, including the Hendrick’s Gin Parlour, Glenfiddich Whisky Wanderer and Vittoria’s Pop Up Cafe. The Hub is open daily from 9am to 10pm.

What is an industry presentation?

AAFW is a trade event during which designers present their collections for the first time to the world’s international buyers and media. A selection of designers are offering a limited number of seats to their industry presentations during the week. Browse events here.

Are masks mandatory?

It is a requirement for all visitors at Carriageworks to wear masks within all indoor venues, including throughout the duration of all events. Please bring your own mask.

Do you require proof of vaccination to attend?

All visitors aged 16 and over are required to show proof of their full vaccination status or medical exemption upon entry at Carriageworks.

Do I have to register my details to enter Carriageworks?

All visitors to Carriageworks are required visitors to check into Carriageworks utilising QR codes at entry. Please speak to a staff member if you need assistance.

Do you have hand sanitiser?

Hand sanitiser is provided at entry and throughout Carriageworks.

Do you have a cloak room?

The Carriageworks cloak room will be open during regular opening hours with strictly limited capacity.

We offer a world-class volunteer program for those studying, or who are passionate about the fashion industry and want to be involved as a volunteer at AAFW.
