  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

  • All shows and events are held at Carriageworks. Runway shows are held in Gallery I or Gallery I and talks and conversations are held in The Auditorium inside The Hub. Please check your ticket for details.

  • Doors open approximately 20 minutes prior to each show. Please check your ticket for details. If you arrive early, you can explore AAFW’s food and beverage offering (see below for more information).

  • The Hub at Carriageworks is AAFW’s showcase of premier food and dining experiences, including the Hendrick’s Gin Parlour, Glenfiddich Whisky Wanderer and Vittoria’s Pop Up Cafe. The Hub is open daily from 9am to 10pm.

  • AAFW is a trade event during which designers present their collections for the first time to the world’s international buyers and media. A selection of designers are offering a limited number of seats to their industry presentations during the week. Browse events here.

  • The Carriageworks cloak room will be open during regular opening hours with strictly limited capacity.

  • We offer a world-class volunteer program for those studying, or who are passionate about the fashion industry and want to be involved as a volunteer at AAFW. The volunteer program is open to people of all backgrounds seeking experience in events, PR, fashion, media and production. Applications can be found here.
